EPDM Primer is a rubber polymer water based roofing primer, and like its name; its been specifically designed for EPDM surfaces. EPDM Rubber is extremely hard to stick to without a quality Primer. This Primer does not react with atmospheric moisture allowing it to be opened and resealed for use at a later date.
All work surfaces should be clean, dry; free of dirt, dust; debris, oils; un-adhered coatings, deteriorated membranes and other contaminants that may result in a surface that is uneven or not sound. If necessary, clean the surface with an approved cleaner (ie. Liquid Rubber RV Smart Cleaner, acetone) prior to the application of the Primer.
Apply a minimum final thickness of 1 gallon per 250 sq ft (23.23 sq/m).
Prior to working with this or any adhesive product; consult product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for necessary health and safety precautions.
- Do not use as a membrane cleaner.
- Talc, dust; oil, ice; snow or wet conditions inhibit good adhesion. Clean and dry surfaces are a necessity.
- Not to be used on TPO or PVC roof membranes.
- Install above 10C (50F) and rising
- Do not apply later in the day if Rain or Dew is forecast

Liquid Rubber RV Roof and EPDM Rubber Primer
Cleaned the surface well beforehand and primed. Followed by EPDM rubber coating and like the results. Have not had a good rain to see how we did or the product will hold up. However we are hopeful. Quick shipping to the U.S.. One summer project off the list. Used on a camper roof.
I received the primer. can't wait to use it, and I expect it will be a great product. Unfortunately, time and inclement weather have gotten in the way. But, I’m looking forward to applying the product as soon as I get the chance.
Rare these days Thank you very much for your follow up on my order
